Exchange and Return

From the moment the product is shipped by Serf and reaches you via the intermediary cargo company, your return and exchange period is 3 business days.

It should be delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo within 3 business days with the code 1053104846 and the following should be included in the package:

Recipient: Name, Surname, Phone Number and Order Number must be stated as Return or Exchange.

You do not need to pay any shipping fee.

In case of return, the shipping fee is deducted from the Buyer.

After the returned item reaches Serf, your refund or exchange will be made within the following week after the checks.

Returns and exchanges are not possible for Special Collections (Swimsuits - Bikinis - Accessories) unless there is a product defect.
